To assist members of the architectural community to meet their continuing education requirements, TOTO offers three CEU courses:

Universal Bath Design: Essential and Important Features AIA/CES HSW Learning Unit
, Qualifies for State Accessibility Education Requirements. This course is provided by Ron Blank & Associates, Inc. online.

Upon completion of this course, the design professional will be able to:

• Distinguish between accessible design and Universal Design (UD) for all human beings.
• Describe integrated comprehensive planning at the time a home is designed and explain how this translates into extended usefulness of the home and happier, healthier lives for its owners.
• Describe how independence is frequently lost because of difficulties using non-universally designed bathrooms
• List current ADA requirements that are utilized for a universally designed bathroom.

Water Efficient Plumbing which qualifies under the Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) and Sustainable Design requirements; this course is offered both online and face to face.

Universal Bathroom Design which is HSW qualified, and is offered online and face-to-face.

Sustainable Plumbing:  Valuing Design, Innovation, Quality, and Ecology which is HSW qualified, and offered online at the McGraw-Hill Publishers website (www.mcgraw-hill.com).
