Production Operator
Morrow, Georgia

  • Basic mathematical and measurement skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and an understanding of fractions and decimals)

Engineering Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Performs test on existing company products, new prototype products and competitor products to determine performance, reliability, as well as performance variations between products.
  2. Compares test results to industry and company standards to insure product compliance.
  3. Compiles, analyzes and reports test results.
  4. Prepares and submits documentation for approvals to denote compliance of new or improved products.
  5. Prepares and submits test reports and other pertinent information. 
  6. Prepares specifications for company products in a format acceptable to distribution to engineers, manufacturers’ representatives, field sales, etc.
  7. Creates, revises and prepares installation manuals for new and improved products.
  8. Creates, revises and prepares packaging specifications of company products for vendors.
  9. Assists in the preparation and performance of presentations.
  10. Assist Development Engineering as requested.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Troubleshoots and repairs company products as needed.
  2. Install and evaluate performance on new experimental products.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned.


SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Ceramic Engineering or a related field
At least one (1) year of applicable experience.
Knowledge of plumbing is helpful.
Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Houston, TX

This person will have the responsibility to increase market penetration in their assigned geographical territory within accordance of company marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Source, evaluate and recommend viable distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturer representatives to market products in assigned territory.
  2. Train and provide support to distributor/wholesalers/manufacturer representatives to establish effective network.
  3. Maintain close relationships with distributor/wholesaler/manufacturer representatives network to determine competitive sales trends, competitor activities and competitor pricing.
  4. Develops leads for medium to large construction projects and pursue through engineering, architectural, general contractors, etc. to quote job.  Follows up on quotes to obtain orders. 
  5. Assists in developing marketing strategies within territory to build name recognition of company products.
  6. Investigate customer complaints of defective product or unsatisfactory service and recommend appropriate action necessary to resolve complaints.  Follows complaints to satisfactory conclusion between customer and company.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain up-to-date information concerning sales prices, availability of product, production schedules, profit contribution, sales policies, sales trends, and status of current orders to meet marketing objectives and assure the company satisfies customer requirements to greatest practical extent.
  2. Incumbent reports any information as to a change in the financial status of customers.
  3. Prepares necessary expense and sales reports on a timely (weekly) basis.
  4. Maintain memberships and participation in association and affiliated industry groups.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish for consideration in this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Sources and initiates sales with large national accounts.
  2. Makes sales calls and presentations to introduce the company, its products and product capabilities.
  3. Follows up on sales calls, quotes, negotiates terms and closes on contracts.
  4. Monitors and insures orders are received timely by project.

  6. Support each Regional Sales Team as needed.
  7. Coordinate with Regional Sales Team when National Accounts affect their territory.

 DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Morrow, GA

Responsible for developing new products and enhancements to existing products.  Assists and provides technical support to the customer service and sales departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Responsible for new product development in accordance to company objectives.
  2. Performs all new product development from conceptual idea to release to production to manufacture.  Conception of new ideas/concepts, assess ideas and concepts, preparation of specifications for selected idea or concept, design of sample prototype, preparation of engineering drawings, presentation at design review and transfer of approved design to production for manufacturing.
  3. Designs improvements, modifications, and enhancements to existing products.
  4. Seeks to reduce the cost of parts/products by determining methods to eliminate the need for parts/products as well as steps in the production process.
  5. Works in cooperation with TOTO Japan as well as sister manufacturers within the TOTO Group to enhance information exchange, coordinate the development of new products and improvement of existing products as needed.
  6. Performs product testing on various TOTO products as well as competitor products as directed.
  7. Prepares new drawings as well as changes to existing drawings.
  8. Researches other technologies and competitive products as well as vendors for manufacturing of accessory products.
  9. Develops component parts with vendors or contract engineering design staffs. Negotiates confidential contracts with vendors and engineering support teams as needed.
  10. Develops specifications for current products as well as modified products.
  11. Provides documentation to Sales and Marketing, Product Engineering, and production including technical manuals, specification sheets and other literature as needed.
  12. Develops and maintains the part numbering system.
  13. Provides technical support to customer service, sales, and Product Engineering technicians.
  14. Provides reports to management as needed.
  15. Contributes to short and long range planning as directed.


SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Ceramic Engineering or a related field. Requires one (1) to three (3) years of related experience. Knowledge of PVD processes and applications. Knowledge of Auto-CAD, SolidWorks as well as other software applications.  Experience in faucet development and product launch a plus.

DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST
Morrow, GA

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Responsibilities include all aspects of project document controls.  Duties will include, but not limited to: creating document control procedures, coordinating development of an electronic document management system, ensuring quality of drawings and documents received, and ensuring compliance with record retention guidelines.  This person will need to interact with many other project personnel including project management, product engineers, vendors, and production planning control.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Engineering Change Control System.  Changes will include, but not limited to product improvements, repairs, special orders and new product development.
  2. Controls documents and develops a cost bill of materials.
  3. Tracks current drawings and archives historical versions of specifications along with appropriate drawings using computer file management methods.
  4. Generates bills of materials from drawings and send specifications along with appropriate drawings to vendors for pricing.
  5. Maintains a project timeline, tracking vendor responses and following up as needed.
  6. Track all design and product drawings for current and new product development including distribution to architect, engineer, owner, trade contractor, subcontractors, etc. As required.
  7. Assist in preparing and maintaining up-to-date control records, documenting receipts of conceptual/design/production drawings, document and revision members, original distribution, revised distribution and transmittal dates.
  8. Timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
  9. Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.  
  10. Design Reviews with Customers and Product Engineers.


Ideal Candidates will perform all the above functions and possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Plumbing fitting or related field.  Three (3) years or more of equivalent experience. 
Skilled in JDE. 
Utilize personal computer in windows environment, blueprint/Plotter machine, and other standard office equipment.

Product Engineers

Duties:   
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the development and modification of products from conceptual design (research and development) to final product in manufacturing, work with management on managing key product lines simultaneously from start to completion, responsible for new product development of entire luxury and high-efficiency faucets and shower lines, study and analyze information about alternative courses of actions to determine the best plan to manage schedules of product development, define specification and further information to meet cost and quality objectives, and perform validation and testing to ensure adequacy and compliance to the regulations, company policies and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Design;
  •  2 years of experience in faucet design;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Engineering tools, such as Auto CAD or Solid Works; and
  • Familiarity of the faucet vendors market in China.
