By building relationships through our business activities, we will contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
We make proposals at showrooms to ensure that consumers purchase our products with peace of mind. Through our call centers, we work hard to respond to any questions or concerns our customers may have when purchasing or using our products. In addition, we provide robust after-sales services that focus on being fast, reliable, and courteous. In these ways, TOTO continues to develop strong, long-lasting relationships of trust with our customers.
“TOTO quality” refers to our products’ quality combined with their assembly and maintenance should a problem arise. To help improve the quality of our after-sales services, we send customers postcard questionnaires or call customers who have received after-sales service to gain customer satisfaction information.
TOTO strives to be a company where a wide variety of personnel can work with peace of mind, prosper, and take on new challenges. We conduct activities to promote diversity. We also implement workstyle reforms to create a workplace where all employees can play an active role. In addition, we will work with our suppliers to undertake activities that address CSR issues in human rights and labor, safety and health, and the environment.
